We know it can be tricky when working for different production houses all with unique workflows, so we created this page to keep things as simple as possible. That way, you can always return to it to remind yourself of the process that we require. We really appreciate you taking the time to read this. Please reach out if you have any questions!

  • We will send you a Project Commitment for any project we wish to engage you in. Where possible this will include an overview of the project, timeline, commitment hours and the proposed fee, as well as the fee for overtime. Once we receive your written agreement to the outlined commitment we'll prepare a Photographer Briefing for you.

  • We will book you for either a half-day (3-5 hours) or full-day (6-9 hours). In some cases, we may book you at an hourly rate.

  • Once you’ve agreed to the Project Commitment we will send you a link to the Photographer Briefing, through our online system, Podio.

  • This brief will contain all the information you need and we ask that you take the time to read through this thoroughly.

  • At this point we’ll put you in touch with the Producer of the project.

  • Please always let us know if you are approaching, or looking to exceed, the agreed-upon hours for the project, and don’t proceed further until you have our approval on the additional time.

  • Unless otherwise specified, please wear smart-casual clothes on set.

  • Always wear closed-toe shoes.

  • We like to maintain a friendly, professional and enthusiastic attitude with all of our clients and we take pride in providing an excellent customer experience.

  • When on set for Keyy Productions, you are an advocate and representative of the brand. Please always refer to yourself as part of our team.

  • If you are the only Keyy Productions representative on set please conduct a short safety talk for the client and all involved participants, noting any potential hazards.

  • Always ensure you are taking every possible safety precaution when on set.

  • The Photographer Briefing will have instructions on what to do with the raw media files following the shoot.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the media is safely delivered as per the briefing.

  • If you are the only Keyy Productions representative on set, please email after the shoot, with a debrief of how the shoot went and any other important information that we need to know.

  • For any shoots that take place 40km outside the Sydney CBD you are entitled to a $40 travel fee.

  • Please keep any parking receipts and add the cost to your invoice so we can reimburse you.

  • When sending your invoice please attach a copy (a photo is fine) of the receipt. Unfortunately we won’t be able to reimburse parking without a copy of the receipt.
